Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and uninstalled, in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories and documentation included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been installed or used
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Clearance or final sale items
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If your item arrives defective or damaged during shipping, we will provide a free replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos documenting the damage.
Return Shipping
- Defective or incorrect items: Return shipping is covered by Dream Car Gear.
- Change of mind returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
