1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at support@DreamCarGear.com.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@DreamCarGear.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Dream Car Gear is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at support@DreamCarGear.com before your order ships.
